"We all face many challenges in today's times whether it be life balance, work stress, family pressures or health and mental wellness. My aim as a coach is to be able to provide non-judgemental, non-biased and total positive regard assistance, which will empower you to be able to let go of any blocks and allow you to live a more fulfilled life."

My qualifications encompass a number of social science methodologies including but not limited to traditional life coaching frameworks and techniques, Modern Applied Psychology, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness Practices.

I have a number of years of experience in the marketing sector in a corporate and independent space across a broad spectrum of industries which helped develop an interest in human behaviour. I started off my life coaching journey in 2019 out of interest and for my own personal self development, after which I had seen how beneficial and useful it is for anyone and everyone even if you are content in your life. This led me to continue learning and practicing by completing a number of other qualifications which has allowed me to be capable and confident enough to start my own practice.

I have over 2020 been able to assist a number of clients very successfully especially with the Covid-19 challenges that we are currently facing.
